Due to the hard work of Mrs. Cunnane we will have a special speaker

Mrs. Cunnane has arranged for Nicole Ortiz, Miss Maryland United States 2009, to speak with all of the young women at Maryvale, grades 6-12, at a 9:45 AM assembly.

Nicole is the founder of “No Body’s Perfect." This program focuses on an increased awareness on eating disorders.

During the assembly Nicole will share her own story about battling both anorexia and bulimia.

She will talk about healthy living, esteem building, and positive decision making.
